Project Manager Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation of project timelines, task lists, and workflows using project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, etc.).
• Coordinate daily/weekly with design teams, developers, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Take meeting notes and distribute action plans to relevant parties.
• Monitor daily task progress and follow up with team members on deadlines and dependencies.
• Assist the Project Manager in identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
• Help prepare weekly status reports and end-of-project documentation.
• Be actively involved in quality assurance processes before project delivery.

Job Requirements

• Open to final-year students, vocational high school graduates, fresh graduates, and career switchers — especially those eager to break into project management or the creative industry.
• Strong interest in project management and the digital design/agency industry.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
• Able to work both on-site and remotely, independently and in a team, with high initiative.
• Experience in organizations, project-based collaborations, or any form of team-based work is a strong plus.
• A strong team player with a proactive mindset and collaborative attitude.
