Requirements

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Interested in employee development, performance management, and HR analytics.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in administrative tasks.
  • Confident using Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Notion.
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with organizing and managing the EBM performance review cycle in Notion and Google Workspace.
  • Help track key metrics such as Current Value (CV), Unrealized Value (UV), Time-to-Market (T2M), and Ability to Innovate (A2I).
  • Support collecting, analyzing, and documenting employee feedback.
  • Maintain up-to-date performance records and evaluation results.
  • Help prepare summary reports and insights for the HR team.
  • Suggest ideas for improving the performance review process.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to support development planning.
