Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in performance management, employee development, and HR analytics.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Notion.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Performance Review Administration: Assist in organizing and managing the EBM-based performance review cycle.
  2. Data Management: Maintain performance records, feedback, and evaluation results using Notion & Google Workspace.
  3. Tracking & Monitoring: Help track Current Value (CV), Unrealized Value (UV), Time-to-Market (T2M), and Ability to Innovate (A2I) as part of the performance review system.
  4. Employee Feedback Management: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting employee feedback for performance improvement.
  5. Report Preparation: Compile EBM-based insights and present key takeaways to the HR team.
  6. Process Improvement: Support refining and optimizing the performance review framework based on data-driven insights.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with HR and leadership to ensure effective performance evaluation and development planning.
